Established in 1885, the Richmond Tigers are one of the league's oldest clubs and to date have 13 VFL/AFL championships to their name, with recent successes being the 2017 and 2020 championships. Richmond has a long and proud history, with some of the greatest players in the game having represented the club, including Jack Dyer, Royce Hart, Kevin Bartlett, and Dustin Martin. The club has also had some famous coaches, including Tom Hafey, who coached the team to four premierships in the 1960's and 70's.
